Clean blankets – cost effective and fast!

As a complement to the inbuilt wash function in the spray bars you can add our system BrushMatic. The brushes are installed directly on the blankets and they are oscillating during the washing up cycle. This makes the clean up process even more efficient. The system gives an excellent result, low cost and is easy to install and use.

Technical specifications

Single brush
The unit has one brush oscillating against the blanket cylinder. With a clever suspension attachment the installation is fast and easy. There is no need for any adjustments once installed. The brush is controlled from the computer screen where you can select time on and the speed of the oscillating function.

Double brush
The unit has two brushes inside that cleans two blankets simultaneously. It fits in presses with a small distance between the blankets such as KBA Continent or Goss Universal. The brush is controlled from the computer screen where you can select time on and the speed of the oscillating function.
