Long experience

We have developed GlueMatic in order to have a user friendly control system and to have functions automated such as cleaning of nozzles after each production, filter contorl and levels for glue and cleaning liquid etc. After more than 20 years in this business we have good knolledge about a customers different needs.

Technical specifications

We have developed a high speed valve that can produce extremely short gluestrings. This prevents glue from leaving a mess in the folder. With GlueMatic you can perform gluing for a quarter page folder, skip, and a usual gluestring.
