WasteMatic

Our waste water treatment WasteMatic is taking care of the drain water from the spraybars that gives you a closed loop system. The system filtrates and separates ink, washing liquid and other pollutions in the water. The cleaned return water is then taken back to the dampening system. With WasteMatic you get a closed loop without any demands on drains in the house. Our system makes sure you handle the toughest environmental requirements on the market when it comes to the drainwater from the spray bars.

The system is fully automatic. There is an alarm on the monitor when the filters need to be changed. It can separate washing liquid that comes from the spray bars. We can handle all the different washing liquids on the market. Nothing goes to the drain!

Technical specifications

  • WasteMatic can be placed wherever but preferably next to the tank unit for the spraybars.
  • Requires 220 VAC with 10A fuse.
  • Connected to the control system that is either integrated with the press system or it will be Inventors own control system.
  • Completely automatic and doesn’t require any surveillance except when an error occurs.
